Having worked in the industry for many years in the manufacture of windows, sales and marketing and many, many years in fitting for some of the biggest replacement window and door companies we saw a gap in the market where the main focus is the customer.

While working for these big companies two things customers complained about more than anything else, the lack of customer service and poor fitting.

Customer service is a passion of ours, keeping in touch with customers every step of the process is pretty straight forward.

Our lead fitter has been fitting windows and doors for over 20 years and is also a qualified glass cutter. His knowledge and attention to detail really is second to none, and I thought I was fussy.

He surveys every job, and fits or oversees every project we do. It's the old mindset, if a jobs worth doing it's worth doing properly.
